Whether you're hosting a birthday party or a salon at your home, a bachelorette party, or a full-scale corporate event, a professional psychic Tarot reader will captivate your guests with insightful readings.

What Does it Cost?

Event rates start at $500 ($250/hr x 2-hour min.) for one reader
Additional Readers: $200/hr × 2-hour minimum
Final quotes are tailored based on your event’s location, duration, seasonal demand, and guest count.
Travel and parking fees are additional depending on distance, and will be outlined in your quote.

To Reserve Your Date:

A non-refundable 50% deposit is required. Dates are not guaranteed until the deposit is received. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the event.

Overtime Policy:

If the event runs longer than scheduled, additional time is billed in 30-minute increments at the contracted hourly rate. Payment for overtime is due on the day of the event via Venmo or another agreed-upon method.

Reading Formats

TRADITIONAL READINGS -- For events where guests visit the reader individually

5-Minute 1-on-1 Readings - Best for larger events: Approximately 11 readings per hour/per reader

10-Minute 1-on-1 Readings - Best for larger events: Approximately 5 readings per hour/per reader

15-Minute 1-on-1 Readings - Ideal for smaller gatherings): 3 - 4 readings per hour/per reader

HIGH VOLUME and LARGE EVENTS - For faster flow, larger guest count, or multiple readers are needed.

1-on-1 Micro-Readings: ~ 20 readings per hour/per reader) Optimized for high-volume events and maximum flow.

Group Micro-Readings - Optimized for high-volume events and maximum flow: Friends or strangers may sit together at a shared table for rapid, individualized two-card readings.

Psychic Salon Setup - When you need more than one reader to accommodate larger groups.

INTERACTIVE / PERFORMANCE - For a shared audience experience.

Tarot Confidential Live: The Pythia Experience (look her up 😉 ) - A platform-style Tarot performance using guests' anonymously submitted questions. We get through as many as time permits. Best for groups of up to 50 or events with an engaged, gathered audience.

Number of Guests Expected

How many guests do you expect will want a reading?

Example:

If 20 guests want 15-minute readings, you'll need approximately 6 reader-hours, including transitions. This could mean 1 reader for 6 hours, 2 readers for 3 hours, or 3 readers for 2 hours.

What Should You Provide the Reader(s)?

We kindly ask that you provide a small table and two chairs for each reader we send to your event, ideally in a corner or space that's a little quieter than the main event.

Refund Policy:

For Events Booked More Than Two Weeks in Advance

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the desired date.
If the event is canceled by the event organizer, they forfeit their 50% deposit.
The remaining balance is due one week before the event.

For Events Booked Within Two Weeks of the Event Date

Payment in full is required at the time of booking.
If the event is canceled by the event organizer, 50% of the total price will be retained.

General Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the event via phone at (617) 466-9066 or email at copleytarot@gmail.com.
In the event a reader is unable to attend, your may choose to apply your payment to another date or receive a full refund.
