EVENT BOOKINGS

Professional Tarot Readings for Events

From intimate celebrations to brand activations and large-scale corporate events, Copley Tarot provides experienced Tarot and Palm readers, with coordinated event staffing tailored to your guest count, format, and venue.

What Does it Cost?

Event rates start at $500 ($250/hr × 2-hour minimum) for the first reader in each category: Tarot or Palm.
Additional readers in the same category: $200/hr × 2-hour minimum
Final quotes are tailored based on your event’s location, duration, seasonal demand, and guest count.
Travel and parking fees are additional depending on distance and will be outlined in your quote.

To Reserve Your Date:

A non-refundable 50% deposit is required. Dates are not guaranteed until the deposit is received. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the event.

Overtime Policy:

If the event runs longer than scheduled, additional time is billed in 30-minute increments at the contracted hourly rate. Payment for overtime is due on the day of the event via Venmo or another agreed-upon method.

How Many Hours and How Many Readers Should You Get?

Use your guest count and preferred reading length to estimate the number of readers and hours your event will need.

Reading Formats

TRADITIONAL READINGS -- Tarot and/or Palm readings for events where guests visit the reader individually

5-Minute 1-on-1 Readings - Best for larger events: Approximately 11 readings per hour/per reader

10-Minute 1-on-1 Readings - Best for larger events: Approximately 5 readings per hour/per reader

15-Minute 1-on-1 Readings - Ideal for smaller gatherings): 3 - 4 readings per hour/per reader

HIGH-VOLUME and LARGE EVENTS - For faster flow, larger guest count, or events requiring multiple readers.

1-on-1 Micro-Readings: ~ 11 readings per hour/per reader - Optimized for high-volume events and maximum flow.

Group Micro-Readings - 3 readings every 10 minutes, or ~ 15 readings per hour/per reader - Optimized for high-volume events and maximum flow: Friends or strangers may sit together at a shared table for lively, individualized two-card readings.

Multi-Reader Salon - Multiple Tarot and/or palm readers create simultaneous reading stations, increasing capacity while giving guests a choice of experiences.

INTERACTIVE / PERFORMANCE - For a shared audience experience.

Tarot Confidential Live: The Pythia Experience - look her up 😉 - A platform-style Tarot performance using guests' anonymously submitted questions. We get through as many as time permits. Best for groups of up to 50 or events with an engaged, gathered audience.

Bachelorette Tarot Special - Short individual readings for each participating guest, followed by a mini Tarot lesson where the group pulls cards and interprets them for the bride-to-be. (Individual reading lengths are adapted to the number of participating guests and the length of the booking.)

Number of Guests Expected

How many guests do you expect will want a reading?

Example:

If 20 guests want 15-minute readings, you'll need approximately 6 reader-hours, including transitions. This could mean 1 reader for 6 hours, 2 readers for 3 hours, or 3 readers for 2 hours.

What Should You Provide the Reader(s)?

We kindly ask that you provide a small table and two chairs for each reader we send to your event, ideally in a corner or space that's a little quieter than the main event.

Refund Policy:

For Events Booked More Than Two Weeks in Advance

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the desired date.
If the event is canceled by the event organizer, they forfeit their 50% deposit.
The remaining balance is due one week before the event.

For Events Booked Within Two Weeks of the Event Date

Payment in full is required at the time of booking.
If the event is canceled by the event organizer, 50% of the total price will be retained.

General Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the event via phone at (617) 466-9066 or email at copleytarot@gmail.com.
In the event a reader is unable to attend, your may choose to apply your payment to another date or receive a full refund.
