What Does it Cost?
$150 per hour per psychic with a minimum of two (2) hours and one (1) psychic.*
Travel and/or parking fees are not included.
Overtime Policy: If the event runs longer than the contracted hours, additional time will be billed at the standard rate of $150 per hour per psychic, in 15-minute increments. Payment for any additional time must be settled on the day of the event via cash, Venmo, or a pre-agreed payment method.
Book Early! We encourage booking at least two weeks in advance for events near Halloween (by Oct 18) and during December through New Year's Eve/Day (by Dec 18) to avoid a $50 per hour per reader surcharge.
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the date.

5-Minute 1-on-1 Readings (Best for larger events):
Approximately 12 readings per hour/per psychic
15-Minute 1-on-1 Readings (Ideal for smaller gatherings):
Approximately 4 readings per hour/per psychic
Open Forum:
Guests listen and reflect as each brave volunteer "gets read."
It's a blend of fun and self-discovery in a lively setting.
What Should You Provide the Psychic?
We kindly ask that you provide a small table and two chairs for each psychic we send to your event, ideally in a corner or space that's a little quieter than the main event.

For Events Booked More Than Two Weeks in Advance
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the desired date.
If the event is canceled by the organizer, the 25% deposit will be forfeited.
The remaining balance is due 72 hours before the event.
For Events Booked Within Two Weeks of the Event Date
Payment in full is required at the time of booking.
If the event is canceled by the organizer, up to 50% of the total price may be retained.
General Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the event via phone at (617) 213-0703 or email at copleytarot@gmail.com.
If a cancellation occurs within 72 hours of the event, up to 50% of the total event price may be retained.
